Sometimes we get so caught up in the demands of every day communication tasks – emails, websites, ads, blogs, etc., etc., etc. – that we can lose track of the big picture.
Are we reaching the target audiences we need to reach? Are we communicating the right information? Through the best media? Getting the response we want?
